HUBUNGAN PEDIKULOSIS KAPITIS, STATUS ANEMIA DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR Chi-square test showed a significant relationship between Pediculus humanus capitis infestation condition, anemia status, and learning achievement. The prevalence of Pediculus humanus capitis infestation is 38.3%.
Someone’s anemia status can affect one’s memory. In line with other researchers, one of the factors that influence one’s learning achievement is the memory factor.
The results show that the students suffering from pediculosis, 57.9% also suffering from anemia and 51.0% having poor category achievement. The data then were analyzed descriptively presented in tabular form, then performed statistical analysis using the chi-square test. The data obtained through pediculosis examination, Hb examination, and measurement of learning outcomes. This study is an observational analytic study with cross sectional design in which the variables are measured in one measurement without intervening. Conclusion: Based on the results of observations made, it is known that from 26 tilapia fish obtained in Taman Pancing in the South Denpasar District, all fish samples were infected with parasites. as many as 2 individuals / tail and Ancylostoma sp. As many as 53.8% of tilapia fish were infested with Ascaris sp., And 46.2% were infested with Ancylostoma sp. Results: From the results of the study found two types of parasites that infested tilapia fish in the Fishing Park area namely Ascaris sp. Ectoparasites are examined by observing external organs and then examined under a microscope, while endoparasites are examined by observing the inner surface of the digestive tract.
Methods: A total of 26 tilapia fish taken from the Fishing Park area were examined at the Microbiology Laboratory of the University of Bali International to see the presence of ectoparasites and endoparasites. Objective: This study aims to identify the type of parasite that infects tilapia fish (Oreochromis mossambicus) in the Fishing Park area of South Denpasar District. This certainly can cause a decrease in fish quality and health problems in humans.
